Maids To Serve is committed to delivering a full-service program of the highest quality and reliability. We offer responsive customer service and several cleaning services to be your one-stop source. We bring together the best people, the most effective methods, the highest quality supplies and the latest equipment to deliver this commitment.

Terms

 

Maids To Serve, LLC does not require that you sign a contract. However you will be required to sign a Service Agreement, by entering into a service agreement with Maids To Serve, LLC you agree not to hire a present or past Maids To Serve, LLC staff member introduced to you by Maids To Serve, LLC for any Commercial and Residential related services. If you do wish to employ such a staff member, our referral fee is $1,000. Maids To Serve, LLC has your permission to enter the facility when providing service.

Supplies and Equipment

 

Maids To Serve will furnish all consumable products and supplies inclusive of but not limited to: toilet tissue, towels, trash liners, and hand soap. If desired, Maids To Serve can provide these products and invoice them separately.

Insurance

 

Maids To Serve will furnish all forms of insurance required by law and shall maintain the same in force.

Service Cancellation 

 

Maids To Serve, LLC understands that life gets busy and sometimes things happen to require you to move things around. We ask that you please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, so we can change our team member's schedules or arrange for an alternative time and date for your cleaning. This Agreement may be terminated or canceled at any time with a minimum of 30 days written notice from either party.

Payment and Invoicing

 

All Payment and Invoicing will be itemized according to monthly work or for special tasks. Invoicing will be on the 1st and 15th of each month. Over Due Payment is subject to a late fee of $35.00
