Baking Soda is the most common and useful ingredient in natural cleaning. There are so many things you can clean with baking soda effectively without the need for store-bought cleaning products.
You can pair Baking Soda with Vinegar mixture in a closed container because when these two ingredients are combined together they form an explosive reaction and is dangerous.
You can pair also with Lemon juice and is also a powerful combination. But in the meantime we focus on one ingredient which is Baking Soda!
Places or Areas to clean with Baking Soda:
WINDOWS : Apply the baking soda to a damp cloth and smear over the glass; leave for 5 minutes and simply buff it clean. And if there are stubborn marks, perhaps caused by limescale or grease, can be removed by applying the baking soda, then spraying on some white vinegar before wiping off and buffing.
OVEN : I know Easy-offs effective but some clients will be sensitive and doesn't like harsh chemicals with toxic odors. Instead, use a homemade paste of baking soda and water brushed onto the surfaces and spray vinegar if needed and wipe it down.
CARPETS or ROOM SPRAY : In a Bowl or a spray bottle put half boiling water and add 1 teaspoon of baking soda and add your favorite fabric softener. Leave it for an hour so all the products will be mixed together then spray.
REFRIGERATOR : When foods start to go off in the refrigerator, it can quickly become a bit smelly inside. So keep a small bowl of baking soda in the refrigerator and this will help to neutralize any odors.
SINKS : To keep your sink in tip-top condition when you’re cleaning a kitchen, simply sprinkle some baking soda onto half a lemon and wipe all around the sink before rinsing with water. The acid and alkaline react together to create a frothy substance that helps dissolve dirt.
